How to Order from COOL:

  • Review product details in depth, making sure to note the detailed grade and product descriptions of what is being offered.
  • Order hand samples to assist you in the selection process for the flooring you will be buying  You will find a “buy a sample” button on each lot page.  Please review the Photo/Sample Disclaimer to better understand how wood flooring, as a product of nature, will be more varied in the batch you receive than photos or a few samples can possibly show.
  • Place your order on-line. We accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express credit cards.
  • During the online ordering process you will be asked to acknowledge and accept our Terms & Conditions of Sale.  Here we restate our warranties and your obligation to inspect the flooring upon receipt and return it to us if not fully satisfied PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  • Upon order arrival, inspect carefully for freight damage. If there is any damage, so note on delivery slip and contact us immediately at 1-856-764-4054 for our assistance in lodging a claim with the freight company.
  • Then, inspect the flooring closely BEFORE INSTALLING to make sure the flooring meets your approval and is as represented by us. If not, call us at 1-856-764-4054 to review the issues. Upon request, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization # which authorizes the return of the goods. We then make the return freight pickup arrangements for you and upon our receipt of the goods and their inspection and count, will credit you for all goods received back in UNDAMAGED AND PROPERLY REPACKED BOXES and then make the applicable refund under our Pre-inspection Warranty/Returned Goods Policy.
  • Only after inspecting the flooring should you proceed to install the flooring. Note: Once you have installed the floor you have deemed the flooring acceptable and under our warranty, any flooring installed HAS BEEN DEEMED accepted by you.

Pricing:

  • All flooring is priced FOB the warehouse location of the inventory.
  • Delivery costs shall be added to the order unless being picked up.
  • Sales Tax is charged on
    • all flooring shipped to a New Jersey zipcode or
    • all flooring picked up in New Jersey

Terms & Conditions of Sale:

  • All sales per our Warranty.
  • Once installed all flooring sales are final!
